Ukrainians who have left the country may soon return home, – Zelenskуу
President Zelenskyy is confident that Ukrainians who left the country because of the war will soon be able to return home
Ukrainian women and children evacuated to Europe have been treated humanely and there is no humanitarian crisis at the border. This is what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a speech on March 5. At the same time, he expressed hope that all Ukrainians who left the country because of the war will soon be able to return home.
“We managed to prevent a humanitarian crisis on the border. We managed to organize the situation in such a way that thousands of Ukrainian women and children were treated with dignity. Nobody asks what nationality they are, what their religion are, how much money they have. In fact, we have no border with our friendly Poland, because together we are on the side of good, we don’t care about borders,” said the head of state.
He thanked the President of Poland and his wife for supporting and protecting the people. At the same time, he expressed hope that all Ukrainians who left the country because of the war will soon be able to return to home.
“I am sure that we will soon be able to say to our people: Come back! Come back from Poland, Romania, Slovakia and all the other friendly countries. Come back because there is no longer any danger,” said Zelenskyy.
