What is included in the program?

drafting of the agreement between you and the surrogate mother;
translation of the necessary documents;
legal counsel and assistance in obtaining your child’s birth certificate and Mexican passport;
registration formalities for your child after the birth.

The agreement is governed by the law of the State of Sinaloa and the jurisdiction of its courts. All medical care and the delivery take place in Cancún.

Prenatal parentage order (optional, $10,000). This is a court procedure carried out in Mexico during the pregnancy. It is not required in order to obtain the birth certificate, but in a number of countries it makes the subsequent recognition of parenthood easier. During the consultation we will tell you whether it makes sense in your particular case.

Not included: apostilles issued in your country of origin. You will also need your own legal counsel at home to complete the recognition of parenthood there.

Program launch:

consultation and arrangement of your embryo delivery to the clinic. Transport is arranged and paid separately.

Embryo transfer:

endometrial preparation of the surrogate mother and one embryo transfer.

During the pregnancy:

monitoring of the process by the clinic, with a monthly report from healthcare professionals.

Birth:

delivery in a private hospital, in a private room.

Cryopreservation of your embryos and sperm is included for the first 12 months.

Medical coverage for the surrogate mother and the newborn is optional but strongly recommended. If you choose not to take it, you will be asked to sign a consent form confirming that you accept full financial responsibility for any medical expenses that may arise during the pregnancy, the delivery and the postnatal period.

accommodation in Cancún during her stay, if needed;
psychological support throughout the process and follow-up support after delivery;
independent psychological and legal counsel throughout the pregnancy.

Every surrogate mother is usually aged 20–35 (or older, if a medical specialist confirms she is fit for a healthy pregnancy), already has a child of her own, has had no more than two Caesarean sections or four vaginal deliveries, has not been pregnant in the 365 days before the transfer, and has a BMI below 30. If she is married, her husband’s written consent is required.

If a medical report shows that a candidate is unsuitable before the program starts, we select another candidate at no additional cost. If a replacement becomes necessary later – after an unsuccessful transfer, or on the decision of the Medical Director – it is charged separately (see the costs below).

This is the shortest path we offer, because we begin from the point where your embryos already exist. You plan just two visits to Mexico – we take care of the organisation and the medical care in between.

You join the program remotely. The documentation for your embryos is reviewed, your questions answered, and the search for a surrogate mother begins. Her general details are provided before the agreement is signed.

The agreement is signed – remotely or in person in Cancún. In parallel, your embryos are transported to the clinic by a certified carrier, together with the medical documentation that accompanies them. Transport is arranged and paid separately from the program cost.

The surrogate mother is prepared and the transfer of your embryos is carried out. From then on you receive a monthly report on the pregnancy, prepared by healthcare professionals. If you have chosen the prenatal parentage order, the court filing begins during this stage.

The program includes one transfer, but we recommend having at least 2–3 quality embryos – this gives you options if the first transfer is unsuccessful. If you have fewer, contact us for a consultation. Remaining embryos are stored at the clinic, with the first 12 months included in the program.

A repeat transfer using your remaining embryos costs $3,000. If a replacement is required after the start of the program, that is $5,000. If you would prefer certainty from the start, our All Inclusive program covers an unlimited number of attempts with one gestational carrier until the delivery of a live-born child.

Yes. The agreement can be signed remotely and the entire preparation stage is handled without you travelling. You come to Cancún for the birth and the documents.

No. If your embryos have already undergone preimplantation genetic testing, there is no need to repeat it. If you would like testing done in Mexico, PGT-A/NGS is available as an option.

Yes. Mexico places no marital-status requirement and no requirement to prove infertility. Same-sex couples and single parents join on the same terms as anyone else. In some cases additional documentation is requested, and we prepare it with you.
