Surrogacy program “All Inclusive Plus” in Mexico

No. In our other programs several services are sold separately – here they are already part of the price:

• medical coverage for the surrogate and the baby, including NICU care if needed
• the court order recognising you as the parents, issued before the birth
• delivery of twins, if that is how the pregnancy develops
• preimplantation genetic testing of the embryos (NGS), including sex determination before transfer
• egg donor compensation
• your accommodation in Cancún (30 days, two people) and all airport transfers

Repeat attempts are also covered. The program runs until the birth of a live child, and a new transfer never costs you extra.

Outside the program itself, you cover apostilles issued in your own country, your travel, and your own legal counsel at home.

It is a court procedure carried out in Mexico during the pregnancy, which recognises you as the parents of your child before the birth rather than afterwards. It is not required in order to obtain the birth certificate, but in a number of countries it makes the subsequent recognition of parenthood at home easier. In our other programs it is an option costing $10,000; here it is part of the program, and the filing begins while the pregnancy is ongoing.

Whether it is decisive in your particular case depends on the law of your own country, and this is one of the things we go through with you at the consultation.

Care for the surrogate mother and your baby during the pregnancy, labour and the postpartum period, including a premature birth, and neonatal intensive care for up to 30 days if it is needed. Two limits are worth knowing in advance: specialist physician fees are not included, and the coverage ends once your baby is discharged from hospital.

The agreement provides for an unlimited number of attempts at assisted reproduction with one gestational carrier, until the delivery of a live-born child – or twins, in the event of a multiple birth. If a transfer does not result in a pregnancy, the next attempt is prepared and carried out without a new agreement and without an additional invoice.

If a medical report shows that her health no longer allows the process to continue, we select another candidate, and there is no replacement fee in this agreement. If a pregnancy is lost, the program is designed to continue – under the agreement it comes to an end in that situation only if you and the surrogate mother both decide not to proceed further.

Thirty calendar days for up to two people, in order to receive your baby and complete the legal paperwork. The thirty days start on your arrival in the country, so it is worth planning your arrival date together with your coordinator rather than as early as possible. Transfers from the airport to your accommodation and back are included as well.

Your own, a donor’s, or a combination of the two. The options are your own eggs (assessed on AMH level, age and medical history), donor eggs, your own sperm (assessed on motility, morphology, count and DNA fragmentation) and donor sperm. The final combination is agreed with the clinic’s medical team before the agreement is signed. If a donor is needed, you choose her from our database and her compensation is covered by the program.

The agreement can be signed remotely and the whole preparation stage is handled without you travelling. Because the program includes the IVF stage, you come to Cancún twice: once for the retrieval and the sample, and once for the birth and the documents. Repeat attempts do not require you to travel again.

All Inclusive gives you the same unlimited attempts at a lower price, but the medical coverage, the parentage order, a twin birth and genetic testing are options you add separately – and if you were going to add most of them anyway, the difference between the two programs largely disappears. Comfort covers one complete attempt at the lowest price of the full-cycle programs. The Double programs run two gestational carriers at the same time, for parents who want two children.
