The “All Inclusive Plus Double” program is the most complete option we offer. Two independent surrogacy processes, each with unlimited attempts, and everything that appears as a paid extra in our other programs already inside the price.

The “All Inclusive Plus Double” Program
The program covers an unlimited number of attempts at assisted reproduction with two gestational carriers, until the birth of two live-born children - or more, in the event of a twin birth in either process, whose costs are also covered here. Both processes are started at the same time, but they are two separate pregnancies. We work to keep them aligned; biology means complete simultaneity cannot be promised, and the two births may fall some weeks apart.
Payment Schedule (4 installments)
What is included in the program?
Parent care, your stay and transfers- a dedicated case manager for both processes – online, in person or by phone;
- management and monitoring of both processes from start to finish;
- monthly updates on the progress of both pregnancies;
- accommodation in Cancún for 30 days, for up to two people, so that you can receive your babies and complete the paperwork. The 30 days begin on your arrival in the country;
- transfers from the airport to your accommodation and back, and to your medical appointments;
- a personal language assistant during your visits to the clinic – English, Italian or Spanish;
- the first paediatric appointment for each baby.
Please plan the timing of your arrival with your coordinator rather than as early as possible – see the question about the two dates below.
Legal and document support- drafting of the agreements with the gestational carriers, and their registration through a notary;
- the court order assigning parentage to you before the birth – in our other programs this is a paid option at $10,000;
- legal support from the beginning of the process until your return home;
- translation of the necessary documents;
- registration formalities, and your children’s birth certificates and Mexican passports.
The agreement is governed by the law of the State of Sinaloa and the jurisdiction of its courts. All medical care and the deliveries take place in Cancún.
Not included: apostilles issued in your country of origin. You will also need your own legal counsel at home to complete the recognition of parenthood there.
Two medical cycles and the coverageIVF:
- a full IVF cycle using your own eggs (where possible) and/or donor eggs;
- egg retrieval, monitoring of ovarian stimulation and the medication that goes with it;
- selection of an egg donor from the database, and her compensation, if a donor is needed.
Embryos and transfers:
- preimplantation genetic testing of the embryos (NGS), including sex determination before transfer;
- endometrial preparation of each gestational carrier and the embryo transfer to each of them;
- cryopreservation of your embryos and sperm for the first 12 months.
If an attempt does not succeed:
- that process continues on its own. Further attempts are covered by the price you have already agreed, until two live-born children.
Births and coverage:
- delivery in a private hospital in Cancún, in a private room;
- medical coverage – care during pregnancy, labour and the postpartum period, including premature birth and neonatal intensive care for up to 30 days if needed;
- the costs of a twin birth, which in our other programs are charged separately.
Specialist physician fees are not covered by the medical coverage, and once your babies are discharged from hospital.
Gestational carrier selection & support- medical and psychological evaluation of each candidate before she is accepted;
- compensation and monthly support for both;
- transport and accommodation expenses for both;
- accommodation in Cancún during their stay, if needed;
- psychological support throughout the process and follow-up support after delivery;
- independent psychological and legal counsel throughout both pregnancies.
Every gestational carrier is usually aged 20–35 (or older, if a medical specialist confirms she is fit for a healthy pregnancy), already has a child of her own, has had no more than two Caesarean sections or four vaginal deliveries, has not been pregnant in the 365 days before the transfer, and has a BMI below 30. If she is married, her husband’s written consent is required.
If a medical report shows that a candidate is unsuitable, another candidate is selected.
4 steps to parenthood: how the program works
From step one there are two of everything: two gestational carriers, two pregnancies, two sets of documents. Your stay for the births is organised and paid for by the program.
Consultation & selection
You join the program remotely. Your medical records are reviewed, the biological material to be used is agreed with the medical team, and the search for two gestational carriers begins. You receive their general details before the agreement is signed.
Program launch & the IVF stage
You sign the agreement – remotely or in person in Cancún – and travel to the clinic for the IVF stage. Because two transfers are planned, the number of embryos obtained matters more here than in a single program, and the medical team will discuss with you whether one stimulation cycle is likely to be enough. If donor eggs are needed, you choose the donor from our database and her compensation is covered. Your embryos are created, tested and cryopreserved at the clinic.
Two transfers, and the court order
Both gestational carriers are prepared and the transfers are carried out. The processes then run independently: if one does not result in a pregnancy, it is repeated while the other continues, and the price you agreed does not change. You receive monthly reports on each pregnancy, and in parallel the court order recognising you as the parents is filed before your children are born.
The births in Cancún
You arrive to be there for the births and to complete the documents. Your accommodation and your transfers are already arranged.

Are there any additional costs beyond $191,900?
No. In our other programs several services are sold separately – here they are already part of the price, and they apply to both processes:
- medical coverage for each surrogate and each baby, including NICU care if needed
- the court order recognising you as the parents, issued before the birth
- delivery of twins, in either pregnancy
- genetic testing of the embryos (NGS)
- egg donor compensation
- your accommodation in Cancún (30 days, two people) and all transfers, including trips to medical consultations
Repeat attempts are also covered – in both processes. Each one runs until the birth of a live child, and a new transfer never costs you extra.
Outside the program itself, you cover apostilles issued in your own country, your travel, and your own legal counsel at home.
Will both children be born at the same time?
Not exactly, and we would rather say so plainly. Both processes are started together and we work to keep them aligned, but they are two separate pregnancies in two different women, and each depends on when the transfer succeeds. In practice the two births can fall days or weeks apart, and occasionally further.
How do the 30 days of accommodation work if the two births are weeks apart?
The thirty days are calendar days for up to two people, and they start on your arrival in the country – not on the first birth. If the two due dates are close together, thirty days will normally cover both births and the paperwork. If they are further apart, they may not, and the remaining time would be at your own cost.
This is why the timing of your arrival is worth planning with your coordinator rather than booking as early as possible. As soon as both due dates are known we will go through the options with you, including whether it makes more sense to stay throughout or to travel twice.
Does the parentage order cover both children?
Yes – the order is obtained for both children, in both processes. The prenatal parentage order is a court procedure carried out in Mexico during the pregnancy, which recognises you as the parents before the birth. In our other programs it is an option costing $10,000; here it is part of the program, and the filing begins while the pregnancies are ongoing.
What if one process succeeds and the other does not?
Each process carries its own unlimited attempts, so the one that has not succeeded continues while the other proceeds towards the birth – without a new agreement and without an additional invoice.
Are enough embryos obtained for two transfers?
This is the practical question to settle before you sign. Two transfers need more embryos than one, and how many are obtained depends on the eggs used – your own or a donor’s – and on your medical picture. The clinic’s medical team will go through the likely numbers with you before the agreement, and if donor eggs are the better route for a double program they will say so.
Can the program be started remotely, and how many visits are there?
The agreement can be signed remotely and the whole preparation stage is handled without you travelling. You come to Cancún for the IVF stage, and again for the births. Repeat attempts do not require you to travel again.
How does this program differ from the others?
All Inclusive Double gives you the same two processes and the same unlimited attempts at a lower price, but the medical coverage, the parentage order, a twin birth, genetic testing and your accommodation are options you add or pay for separately.
