The program cost includes everything for the first complete cycle — from embryo creation to the birth of your child. Biological parents receive the birth certificate listing them as “mother” and “father.”

Care for parents & “Turnkey” service
We organize your visit to Ukraine: greet and accommodate you, provide comfortable housing and meals, assign a translator and phone. You will receive full coordination and informational support at every step.

Full legal support (from preparation to departure)
We handle all legal work: from preparing your documents to processing all papers for your child.
- preparation, translation, and notarization of parent documents;
- legal review and preparation of the surrogate’s documents;
- notarized contract with the surrogate mother;
- issuance of the child’s birth certificate in the names of the biological parents;
- full package of embassy documents for the child’s exit.
Complete medical cycle: from IVF to delivery
The program includes everything necessary for the first full cycle with a guarantee of embryo creation.
Starting the Medical Program

IVF with donor eggs
- one IVF+ICSI cycle. Embryo transfers within this cycle until pregnancy is achieved. If embryos are exhausted — a new cycle at additional cost;

Pregnancy management
- full medical control (ultrasound, tests, screenings);

The “Success” program is designed for maximum simplicity and transparency. You plan only two visits to Ukraine; we handle the rest.
Consultation & Matching
You join the program remotely. We review your situation, answer questions, and start the selection process.
Program launch
Option 1: Remotely
Sign the contract remotely. If a sample from the father is needed — we organize delivery.
Option 2: In person
Visit Ukraine for 1–2 days, sign documents, and undergo all tests at the clinic.

Are there additional costs above €50,000?
Most clients do not face extra payments, but some situations may incur them:
- Twins — €4,000
- Cesarean section — €1,500
- Re-transfer of existing cryo-embryos (no examination) — €1,500
- Additional IVF+ICSI with own eggs (if embryos are exhausted) — €4,400
- Additional IVF+ICSI with donor eggs (if embryos are exhausted) — €5,450
- Cryopreservation and one year of embryo storage — €400. Each subsequent year — €360.
- Sperm cryopreservation — €50. Annual storage — €360/year.
- Compensation to surrogate for organ loss or disability — €2,000
- Additional PGD-9 test — €1,000, includes up to 12 embryos, each additional — €90.
- Additional PGD-9 test — €1,500, includes up to 12 embryos, each additional — €90.
- Additional PGD-24 test — €2,500, includes up to 10 embryos, each additional — €250.
These amounts are fixed in the contract and cannot change without your consent.
How many embryo transfers are included in 1 IVF cycle?
One transfer. If the first ET fails but embryos remain — re-transfer costs €1,500 (no additional exams). If embryos are exhausted — a new IVF cycle is required (€4,400–5,450 depending on egg type).
Can we choose the child’s sex?
Yes. The program allows selection of embryo quantity and sex before transfer via genetic diagnostics included in the program.
What if only a few embryos are obtained after stimulation?
The number of embryos depends on the donor’s response — a medical factor that cannot be guaranteed. If embryos are insufficient or unsuitable — your coordinator and doctor will advise the best next step. A new cycle with a different donor is possible (€5,450).
Is full PGT-A (24 chromosomes) included or only basic (5)?
The program includes PGD-5 (diagnosis of 5 chromosomes). If not performed, basic NIPT is done instead. You can upgrade to PGD-9 (+€1,500) or full PGD-24 (+€2,000) if desired.
Can the program be started remotely?
Yes, you can sign the contract remotely. A personal visit is needed only for some tests (optional) and at the birth.
How does the “Success” program differ from “Guarantee”?
“Success” is a program with an optimal base cost, including everything for the first full IVF cycle and one embryo transfer attempt. Unlike “Guarantee” (unlimited IVF attempts), additional medical cycles in “Success” are paid separately. This allows budget control and paying only for what is necessary.
Is the program safe in Ukraine during the war?
VittoriaVita continues to operate and has created maximum safety for all participants. The clinic is in a safe region, shelters are available, and all necessary safety protocols are followed. Parents are always kept informed.
