Why choose Georgia for surrogacy?

Georgia offers a stable legal framework, beautiful natural surroundings, and a stress-free atmosphere. Many intended parents appreciate the peaceful mountain climate and proximity to the Black Sea. Georgia is recognized by most European embassies for surrogacy purposes.

Is surrogacy legal and safe in Georgia?

Yes. Georgia’s Family Code (Articles 140–144) explicitly recognizes surrogacy as a legal path to parenthood. The country has stable legal and political conditions, world-class medical facilities, and our clinic in Tbilisi follows international safety standards. Your journey here is fully protected.

What if only a few eggs are retrieved during the procedure?

The number of eggs depends on the individual response to stimulation — this is a medical factor that cannot be guaranteed in advance. If the result is insufficient, the doctor and coordinator will suggest next steps. If needed, an additional IVF cycle with your own eggs can be performed for €6,500, or you may switch to donor eggs for €8,000.

How many embryo transfers are included?

One. If the first embryo transfer (ET) is unsuccessful but embryos remain, a repeat transfer costs €1,500. If all embryos are exhausted, a new IVF cycle is required. After an unsuccessful first ET, you also have the option to upgrade to the “Guarantee” program — your first payment is credited and you only pay the difference.

What if my own eggs are not suitable — can I switch to donor eggs?

Yes. If your own eggs do not produce viable embryos, an additional IVF cycle with donor eggs can be arranged for €8,000. Donor selection, screening, and all medications are included in this amount.

Can the program be started remotely?

Yes, you can sign the agreement remotely. If a biological sample from the husband is needed, we arrange delivery. An in-person visit is only required for certain tests (optional) and at the time of the birth.

How is the "Victory" program different from others?

It is the most affordable program that uses the biological mother’s own eggs. It includes one IVF attempt and one embryo transfer.

Can we choose the sex of the child?

Yes. The program includes PGD-5, which allows the sex of the embryos to be determined. Prior to the transfer, you choose the number and sex of the embryos — this is explicitly provided for in the contract.

Do you speak my language? Will communication be difficult?

No barriers. Our team speaks English, German, French, Spanish, and other languages. We provide interpreters at medical appointments and have translators for all documents. You’ll never feel lost — we’ve guided clients from 25+ countries, and language is never an issue.
