4 Steps to Parenthood: How the Program Works
We have structured the process to be clear and fully supported at every stage. Your journey to parenthood consists of four key stages.

Program Launch
Option 1: Remotely
You sign the contract (remotely or at the clinic) and complete the required medical tests. If the husband’s biomaterial is needed, we will arrange cryo-transportation or collection at a partner clinic in your country.
Option 2: In Person
You travel to Ukraine for 1–2 days, sign documents, and complete all tests at the clinic.

Are there any additional costs beyond €60,000?
The €60,000 program price covers all core services and most clients don’t encounter any extra charges. However, in certain situations additional costs may apply:
- Twins — €4,000
- Additional PGD-9 test — €1,500, includes up to 12 embryos, each additional — €90.
- Additional PGD-24 test — €2,500, includes up to 10 embryos, each additional — €250.
- Cryopreservation and one year of embryo storage — €400. Each subsequent year — €360.
- Sperm cryopreservation — €50. Annual storage — €360/year.
These amounts are fixed in the contract and cannot change without your consent.
What happens if the pregnancy is lost or a miscarriage occurs?
The Guarantee program resumes without any additional payments. We continue until a healthy baby is born. That is the very foundation of the program’s name.
Do we need to come in person to sign the contract?
No, the contract can be signed remotely. If a sperm sample is needed from the husband — we arrange cryo-delivery or collection at a partner clinic in your country. A personal first visit (1–2 days) is also possible if preferred.
Can we choose the sex of the child?
Yes. The PGT-A embryo diagnostic included in the program allows sex determination. You can indicate your preference when selecting the embryo for transfer.
Who will be listed on the birth certificate?
You — the biological parents — will be listed as “mother” and “father” on the birth certificate issued in Ukraine. The surrogate mother does not appear in any documents.
What citizenship will the child receive?
The child does not automatically receive Ukrainian citizenship. The citizenship question is resolved through the embassy or consulate of your home country. We prepare a full document package required by the embassy, including translations, notarization, and apostille.
How safe is the program in Ukraine during the war?
Yes, surrogacy programs in Ukraine continue safely. Since 2022, we have successfully completed over 200 programs without interruption. Our partner clinics are located in Kyiv and western Ukraine, far from conflict areas. All facilities follow enhanced safety protocols, including shelter access and real-time communication with parents. How long does the final visit take and when should we arrive?
We recommend arriving 15–30 days before the expected delivery date. The entire final visit takes approximately 30 days: birth + document processing + obtaining embassy clearance for the child’s departure. An apartment, city transfers, and full coordination throughout this period are included in the program. We help plan the logistics of your arrival — contact your manager for current route options.
Is the program available only for married couples?
Yes, under Ukrainian law surrogacy is available only to officially married heterosexual couples. For single individuals and same-sex couples we suggest exploring our programs in Georgia — contact us for a consultation.
