Are there any additional costs beyond €46,000?
The program cost of €46,000 covers the core services. However, in certain cases additional costs may apply:
- Twins — €4,000
- Caesarean section — €1,500
- Additional IVF + ICSI with own eggs (if embryos are exhausted) — €4,400
- Additional IVF + ICSI with donor eggs (if embryos are exhausted) — €5,450
- Repeat transfer of existing frozen embryos (without examination) — €1,500
- Embryo cryostorage — €360/year
- Sperm cryopreservation + storage — €50 + €360/year
- Surrogate mother compensation for organ loss or disability — €2,000
- PGD-5 (up to 12 embryos, +€90 for each additional) — €1,000
- PGD-9 (up to 12 embryos, +€90 for each additional) — €1,500
- PGD-24 (up to 10 embryos, +€250 for each additional) — €2,500
These amounts are fixed in the contract and cannot be changed without your consent.
How do I arrange embryo delivery to Ukraine? What does it cost?
Embryo delivery is covered by you independently — this cost is not included in the program price. However, we will help organize transportation through a certified carrier — simply contact your manager and they will advise on the best option for your country. Along with the embryos, you will need to provide medical documentation: a description of the embryos and your test results at the time of their creation.
What is the minimum number of embryos needed to start?
The program includes one transfer, but it is recommended to have at least 2–3 quality embryos — this increases the chances of success if the first transfer is unsuccessful. If you have fewer, don’t give up — contact us for a consultation. If you have more, the remaining embryos will be frozen and stored at the clinic.
What if there is only 1 embryo and the transfer fails?
There are several options. You can upgrade to the “Guarantee” program — your first payment is credited and you only pay the difference. If the embryos are fully exhausted, a new IVF + ICSI cycle can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can the program be started remotely?
Yes, part of the documentation can be processed remotely. An in-person visit is required for signing the key agreements and, of course, at the time of the birth.
Is repeat PGD required if the embryos have already been tested?
No, it is not required. If your embryos have already undergone genetic testing, there is no need to repeat it.
Can embryos created at a clinic in another country be used?
Yes — that is exactly what the “Care” program is designed for. You bring your ready-made embryos and we handle everything else. You need to arrange transportation and provide a complete set of medical documents accompanying the embryos.
How does the "Care" program differ from others?
It is the most cost-effective program, designed for couples who already have their own embryos. It does not include the embryo creation stage (IVF), which is why the price is lower.
What guarantees do you provide?
We guarantee the high-quality delivery of all services specified in the agreement: surrogate mother selection, embryo transfer, and legal support. Medical success depends on embryo quality and individual factors, so additional attempts are charged separately.
How safe is the program in Ukraine during the war?
VittoriaVita continues to operate and has created the safest possible conditions for all program participants. The clinic is located in a safe region, shelters are available, and all necessary safety protocols are strictly followed. We always keep parents informed about the current situation.
