Is surrogacy legal in Ukraine for people from my country?
Surrogacy in Ukraine is fully legal for heterosexual married couples under Order No. 787 of the Ministry of Health. Intended parents are listed directly on the birth certificate — no adoption required. Couples from Germany, France, Spain, the UK, Australia, Canada, and many other countries have completed programs with us successfully. Our team provides country-specific legal guidance for every client.
What about legal status in the home country — birth certificates, citizenship?
In Ukraine and Georgia, intended parents receive a local birth certificate naming them as legal parents from birth. Re-registration in the home country varies by nationality — our legal team prepares full documentation guidance for each case. For Mexico, legal parentage is established under Mexican law, and our team supports the process of recognising that status in the intended parents’ country of residence.
How exactly does the referral work — do I need to be involved throughout?
You make the introduction — that’s it if you prefer. Some partners like to stay informed on how things progress; others simply pass on the contact and await their reward. We adapt to whatever works for you. There’s no paperwork to fill in, no tracking dashboard to maintain.
When exactly is the referral reward paid?
Your reward is triggered when the intended parents sign their program contract with VittoriaVita — not when the birth occurs. Payment is made within 30 days of that signature. The specific amount depends on the program chosen and is discussed individually when you join our network.
Will you contact the people I refer directly?
Only after your introduction. We never approach anyone from your network independently. Your relationship with them is yours — we simply receive the couple you choose to connect with us.
Is there a formal agreement to sign to become a partner?
Yes — once we’ve spoken and agreed to work together, we send a short, straightforward partnership agreement that covers the referral reward, confidentiality, and the process. It’s designed to protect both sides and keep everything clear. Available in English, German, French, and Spanish.
