Folic acid

Citrus, greens (spinach, leek, cabbage), nuts, liver. All these products contain folic acid, which positively affects the formation and development of the nervous system of the unborn child. Zink is one of the most important minerals that affect male fertility, increasing its levels helps to improve the quantity and quality of sperm. For women, zink normalizes hormonal balance, and most importantly – ensures the development of a fetus

Eating foods containing selenium is very important for men. It is involved in building of  protein sperm cells and increases sperm activity, which also increases the probability to conceive.

Citrus, fresh fruits, and greens. Vitamin C strengthens the immune system, helps the formation of the endometrium, participates in the formation of sex hormones, which have a positive effect on ovulation. Vitamin C improves sperm quality, protects the sperm from DNA damage, but also positively affects sperm mobility.
