What to eat to give birth to a healthy child?

It’s out of the question that healthy nutrition is one of the most significant facts speaking about the health of your soon-to-be-born baby. It’s never late to start providing your child with tasty but, at the same time, nutritious food. On the other hand, correct nutrition makes you feel much better in the course of pregnancy.

Products we eat reflect not just on our health state and mood but influence the model of eating habits of a newborn during his childhood and further. Delicious fruits and vegetables, lean protein, grains are the right choice for a good health of your future child.

There are a lot of myths about the nutrition during pregnancy following which negatively reflects on the health conditions of both. So, we’ll help you to dispell them.

Some women think that less weight will contribute to the easier deliver. But, as a matter of fact, it’s total visa versa as pregnant women with not enough weight risk to face different complications like premature birth or heart problems.

Others believe that women who are healthy won’t have a bitter experience of discomfort or morning thickness.  Main “friends” of pregnant don’t pass by anyone but right healthy nutrition helps to reduce  these symptoms.

If you still wonder how to organize your daily schedule of food, we’ll recommend you to include products with protein (lean beef, pork, nuts, liver, chicken, lamb), calcium (eggs, milk, yogurt, cabbage etc), iron (turnip, lettuce, collard, cabbage etc),  folic acid (spinach, collard, turnip, tomato, kiwi, mango, lemon, strawberry, melon, grapefruit) into your nutrition.

Simple pregnant woman or surrogate mother bearing a child for an infertile couple….it doesn’t matter speaking about the questions concerning health of a future child.
